A major Global Financial Institution decided to sell its retail banking arm in Spain to a local competitor. However, as a result of its long term strategy the organisation needed to retain its Spanish credit card business. EZPMO were engaged to support the programme that delivered a stand-alone credit card business, severing all ties with the retail bank being sold.
