Our Members

Members of the Outcome Delivery Network are passionate about delivering successful outcomes for our clients, and helping other member colleagues to do likewise in their assignments. We are keen to build our membership by encouraging like-minded delivery specialists and consultants to join us in using ODNL’s approaches, skills and toolsets, which we have incorporated into Assured Outcome Delivery.

We want professionals who want to belong to a specialist group and contribute to developing the Network.  Joining ODNL is an opportunity to convert your IP into equity - where members benefit from using and promoting Network IP, whilst the originator(s) have revenue generated for them by other members.

Simon Tuck has some good reasons for encouraging others to join ODN. Why not download his story?

“I have broadened my connections, and achieved career progression from BA to strategic level benefits realisation trainer and change leadership coach. I am not surprised members have enjoyed day rate increases exceeding 20% due to learning the AOD and working in the network.
Even as a BA, I have enjoyed a 21% percentage rate increase. ODN will help further my career progression and I expect my training opportunities to increase my rewards still further.”

Steve is a Change Leadership and benefits realisation coach and MBA educated Programme Director with a track record of leading & delivering large-scale £multi-million business transformation programmes successfully.   He co-authored our benefits realisation-focused transformation approach, called Assured Outcome Delivery, AOD, with Alan Fowler.    AOD is a new methodology which incorporates "how-to" guides and training materials that update innovative ideas to strengthen and challenge traditional approaches to business change programmes.

Steve has implemented AOD, and the predecessor ideas on which it is developed, successfully across a range of private and public sector organisations in: strengthening governance frameworks, driving profit and efficiency through process re-engineering, organisational restructures and cost rationalisation programmes, and in embedding robust performance management to drive enhanced productivity.
