AODTM Leadership Introduction

Why should you continue to invest in change and improvement projects when the business case benefits are not delivered in full (or at all?)  We continue to meet senior team members who tell us that benefits realisation is a weakness in their organisation. Our Partners offer an engaging and challenging two hour discussion around the Board or Senior Management team table on what we have seen in change programmes over the last two decades of consulting, and the approaches and tools we have developed to address these issues. We will explore your current issues in advance, through conversation with your sponsor, and we will arrive at your premises with some practical elements of AOD that may improve the senior teams confidence that your organisation will deliver both the changes you desire AND the benefits predicated within the investment case you approved.

Contact us if you would like to discuss how to tailor this approach to meet your needs.

AODTM Leadership

AOD is designed around best practice ideas in Change Leadership at the Board level and Change Management at the programme and business unit levels.

If you have identified that benefits realisation is a challenge for your programme teams – that it is not delivering the change outcomes or savings or efficiencies desired consistency - we offer a stimulating half day workshop for your top team in which we explore the issues you have faced, the reasons why change has been unsuccessful so far, and come up with some positive suggestions for change performance improvement. We will share some leadership analytical tools in AOD, building on the great ideas of John Kotter and Big Four Consultancies, to give you an approach that will assure improvement in our delivery of change outcomes.

For instance, we will use a consultative approach to develop 'Show-Me' events in creating a compelling change vision in the workshop, along with development of a lean left to right plan for delivery of that vision for the Massive Transformative Purpose you wish to lead.
