How to Participate – Client Affiliate

Many clients have increased their capabilities in delivering the benefits desired from change programme investment, through implementing Assured Outcome Delivery (AOD) and its predecessor approach successfully.

If you and your organisation would like to consider broadening your capabilities, there are two ways for ODN to support you.

Formal on-premise Training

Firstly, we can provide your team with AOD training, through our accredited Coaches and Partner organisations. We offer ‘classroom’ based training for your core Project and Programme team, together with an ‘abridged’ session for Board and Leadership teams. The skills development programme can then be continued through the options of web-based self-service training modules, supplemented by on site coaching support if your initial cohort of trainees does not feel confident enough to support colleagues’ development through coaching.

Once your organisation has developed a successful change programme with AOD, and you are prepared to permit ODN to use a positive testimony for the Assured Outcome Delivery approach, then we will offer you the option of becoming an Affiliate Organisation who will, for a small annual fee, be permitted under licence to use all the ODN tools and you will be provided access to new tools and innovations our consultants continue to develop.

eLearning and Coaching Support

Secondly, you may select to access our self-service training modules only and subsequently request, if required, further coaching and implementation support for programme specific activity. Once we have completed a support assignment to your satisfaction, to the extent you are prepared to permit ODN to reference the AOD success, then we will offer Affiliate Membership to your organisation and offer to provide method, tools and innovation updates as part of the annual Affiliate Membership charge contact us for details.

Affiliate Organisations can pay ODN to use our methods and toolkits and undertake ODN training provided by Network Members. Affiliates will not be awarded shares in ODN, unless there is commercial benefit to Partners to make share dilution advantageous.
