Introduction
Welcome to the ODN training site. These pages explain the Outcome Delivery Network resources at your disposal to help build capacity and capabilities in delivering outcomes successfully in your, or your clients', organisations.These pages allow you to get informed and qualified in "new generation thinking" about change and benefits realisation. Successful completion of AOD training or tests gives you a displayable qualification to be used on proposals to your clients, and the potential to belong to the OD Network.
Training with ODN
We aim to provide members and their clients with a range of training opportunities to build their skills and capabilities across the breadth of good practice and innovative ideas with our Assured Outcome Delivery approach. We also want to encourage appropriately skilled consultants, portfolio programme and programme management professionals to strengthen their skillsets further by including elements of AOD in their personal toolkits. Finally, we also wish to share our techniques and ideas with organisations who have no wish to become members and so offer an affiliate route of engaging with us, after taking on appropriate AOD training.These training pages will be developed regularly - with future additions planned in collaboration with Network members.
