Affiliate Options

Welcome to our Affiliate Section

We have a number of options for other organisations to benefit from sharing the innovations in benefits realisation and change leadership that we have created in the Assured Outcome Delivery way of thinking.   Firstly, we can provide your team with AOD training, through accredited coaches and partner organisations.   We offer on premise   ‘classroom’ based training for your core Project or Programme team, together with an ‘introductory’ session for the Board, or other Leadership team, (we will tailor this with you to best fit the top team culture, and reflect current change priorities.  AOD relies on leadership accountability and we will co-develop a "safe" way for this to be discussed).

The AOD skills development programme can then be continued through the options of web-based self-served training modules, supplemented by on site coaching support if desired,  if your initial cohort of trainees does not feel confident enough to support colleagues’ development throughout the change initiatives.

Once your organisation has scoped a successful change programme with AOD satisfactorily (i.e. that you are satisfied with the value case created to justify change investment), and you are prepared to permit ODN to use a positive testimony for the Assured Outcome Delivery approach, then we will offer you the option of becoming an Affiliate Organisation who will, for a small annual fee, be permitted under licence to use all the ODN tools and you will be provided access to new tools and innovations our consultants continue to develop.   Our AOD Practitioners would be pleased to work with your business development team to explore how best to use AOD as a differentiating delivery approach around your existing product or service implementation offers.

Secondly, you may opt to select to access our self-service training modules only,  and subsequently request, if required, further coaching and implementation support for programme specific activity. Once we have completed a support assignment to your satisfaction, to the extent you are prepared to permit ODN to reference the AOD success, then we will offer Affiliate Membership to your organisation and offer to provide method, tools and innovation updates as part of the annual Affiliate Membership charge.

Affiliate Organisations can pay ODN to use our methods and toolkits and undertake ODN training provided by Network Members.

Complete ODN NDA and Membership 'Contract'
