Strategic Objective – Support and manage the merger of disparate ICT functions within the Council and at the same time transform the way in which ICT services are provided, via a Partnership Model, into one that is better able to support the Councils

- Operational Objectives – Cost reduction, support improved service redesign and process simplification. Enable the efficient provision of ICT in order to significantly reduce the operating budget over the 10 year life of ACCESS whilst at the same time increasing performance and quality of ICT services.
