“I have broadened my connections, and achieved career progression from BA to strategic level benefits realisation trainer and change leadership coach. I am not surprised members have enjoyed day rate increases exceeding 20% due to learning the AOD and working in the network.
Even as a BA, I have enjoyed a 21% percentage rate increase. ODN will help further my career progression and I expect my training opportunities to increase my rewards still further.”
