The Outcome Delivery Network (ODN) Ltd was established to provide consultancy services to clients supporting achievement of their strategic ambitions for efficiency, effectiveness and growth. We have a number of specialisms in our group, but at our core we all share an approach to successful change leadership and benefits realisation we call Assured Outcome Delivery.

Our purpose is to delight our Clients by providing specialist expertise and support to build their capability and confidence in achieving strategic objectives. We are a motivated group of consultants who invest in our Client’s success – so we will link our income to the benefits we help deliver.

A group of experienced consulting professionals, many from the Big 4, who have worked together to deliver successful outcomes for clients over a number of years. We deliver experience, innovation and value cost effectively, and are pleased to link our fees to outcome delivery.

Increasing Confidence in Outcome Delivery

ODN utilises skills developed from decades of consulting at senior levels in Big 4 organisations and major outsourcing organisations. We have come to realise that clients often need to increase their focus on benefits realisation and also increase confidence in delivering the outcomes desired from their investment in specialist consulting support. So we offer to share, and implement, our leading practice benefits realisation approach successfully. We also offer an engagement model that links our fee income to Outcomes Delivered.

Many of our consultants are qualified Coaches and we take real pleasure in supporting Clients in achieving both business and personal objectives in working hard together.

Steve Dickie and Alan Fowler, Core Partners in ODNL have co-authored a new Assured Outcome Delivery approach – based on innovative Benefits Realisation ideas developed from implementing D4 over the last decade as members of the Isochron Group.
