Reimagine Teams is another set of compelling and actionable insights from Mark. He challenges traditional ‘team’ thinking and builds on his impressive ideas in earlier publications about creating Safe Accountability and Breakthrough Transformation. His ideas have been built into AOD thinking since our first engagement with Mark in 2016. This book builds on a number of parallels between AOD thinking and Mark's Breakthrough Transformation ideas, particularly in looking to develop Team Habits for Collective Execution, Team Accountability and three new Core Team Competencies.
