AOD Skills Development

Welcome to AOD^TM Training

We aim to provide Members and their Clients with a range of training opportunities to build their skills and capabilities across the breadth of good practice and innovative ideas with our Assured Outcome Delivery approach.

We also want to encourage appropriately skilled consultants and portfolio programme and programme management professionals to strengthen their skillsets further by including elements of AOD in their personal toolkits. Finally, we also wish to share our techniques and ideas with Organisations who have no wish to become Members and so offer an Affiliate route of engaging with us, after taking on appropriate AOD training.

We have developed 44 tools to support the ODNL Members and Clients seeking to deliver change and desired benefits more reliably using the AOD framework.

ODNL offer training and support in developing your skills in Assured Outcome Delivery (AOD) in a number of ways. We have developed and delivered a range of formal courses to suit varying needs and preferences of both Members and Clients.

We have also created a suite of AOD Insight videos from our partners that describe the techniques included in Assured Outcome Delivery and also two videos on the Science Behind AOD, that explain why this innovative approach works. The 4 publicly available videos are accessed on this site; 7 other insight videos are available through membership, along side the Members How-To Guide pack.

We are scheduling a number of 'Open' AOD Introduction Training sessions across the country, alongside our Client - tailored sessions. Please complete our Training Interest Form and indicate which dates would suit you best. If the current scheduled dates are not ideal for you, please indicate the best time for you and we will aggregate other's interest dates and perhaps we can reschedule to suit you. We will also enquire from Clients for whom we are tailoring the Sessions, whether they will welcome some guests into their training.
