The next step towards developing your capability in becoming an Assured Outcome Delivery Coach and Engagement Lead is a two day AOD Consulting Implementation Coaching Course which will support participants in helping clients get full benefits from all the key tools and other’s experience from implementing AOD. A number of open access sessions are being scheduled across the UK.

AODTM Implementation Coaching
This session is available to members, who have undertaken the AOD Implementation 2-day session. It is focused on providing members with detailed “How-To” coaching on how best to explain the concepts and each of the AOD techniques to their clients. (ODNL has more than 70 AOD and consulting tools to use in response to a range of client-derived challenges). It includes:
- An overview of the Science behind why AOD just works;
- Demonstration of what each of the ODNL consulting tools, and how to coach or support their use;
- A selection of ‘war stories’ and learning from ODNL’s Core Partners who developed AOD – examples to illustrate the successful delivery of each of the core techniques;
