Welcome to the AOD Introductory Training page. We hope you found our introductory videos intriguing. The next step towards developing your capability in Assured Outcome Delivery is a two day AOD Introductory Course which will support participants using all the key tools in AOD – to let successful change start in your organisation from day 3 onwards. The course is on-premise, or you can join one of our open access sessions.
This course will allow you to get informed and qualified in “new generation thinking” about change and benefits realisation. Successful completion of AOD training and tests gives you a displayable qualification which can be used on a CV or proposals to clients. It is also a potential step towards belonging to the Outcome Delivery Network.
Intro to AODAODTM Implementation
Once we, or ODNL members, have convinced you that AOD can add value to your efforts in delivering change successfully and desired benefits reliably, we offer a two-day training course as a first step in developing the expertise in AOD from which other clients have benefited.
The outline of our two day AOD introductory course run a number of times for an International contractor and blue chip company, and public sector organisations:

AODTM Implementation and Coaching
Like the AOD Implementation content, but specifically tailored for your organisation’s needs – offered in four half-day morning training sessions, followed in the afternoon with Coaching of the AOD tools and techniques by an AOD Practitioner. This format can be scheduled and delivered in four 1-day, two 2-day or single 4-day training and coaching support sessions. Typically, the four pm coaching sessions will be tailored to focus on your organisation’s priority needs:
- Eliciting ‘Show-Me’ Events to create a Vision for change, working with senior team and QA of the trainees SMEs;
- Developing a lean change programme utilising AOD’s Right to Left Planning techniques, and exploring the benefits of GameChanging for your organisation or team;
- Using organisation specific Value Drivers, Bias-free Estimation and working with Finance colleagues to develop your initial CashPoint table entries;
- Implementing Smarter using AOD’s Benefits Control Process and ROI Connect Table.
